The first half of the film aims to explore the experience of being perceived by peers, and the world at large. The latter half shows the comfort of being embraced by the gaze of nature; it is beautiful, but still cold and distant. The final movement of the film finds solace in existing outside of the gaze of others by escaping into the mind, and memories.
