A "green movie" made of recycled footage from over 300 stock and public domain films with a brand new storyline and dialogue. A rogue FBI agent teams up with the United States Army to defeat the KKK, who have invaded to body of an innocent black man killed by a racist cop. In an attempt to go mainstream, the KKK has modernized and gone high tech with flashy new promo videos, clothing, and an evil plot to plunge the country into a race war with the help of a shrink ray created by their top scientists. After a a policeman shoots an innocent black man, he enlists the Klan to help him elude justice by retrieving the incriminating bullet. FBI agent Kwame Blackstone gets wind of the plan and enlists the army to help him put a stop to the evil organization for good. But with sophisticated new weaponry and the wind in their sheets, they will not go down without a fight. An over the top comedic political satire featuring a cast of thousands and the best government-produced film footage money can't buy! A satirical sci-fi retro action comedy that takes aim at the absurdity of American racism.
